Riley Young is a new college graduate who achieved ITAR certification with his Growth-Mindset to allow processing of critical product. He sustained B-shift with no unplanned days off, no tardiness, and was 100% on time for Foundry Time entries. Riley achieved skills to operate 80 of 111 toolsets in the factory and is demonstrating his willingness to make a difference.
