Ross Miller serves as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief of Staff to the CEO, where he leads the integration of corporate strategy, government relations, corporate communications, and strategic partnerships to advance SkyWater’s growth and U.S. semiconductor leadership. He works closely with the CEO and executive team to align enterprise priorities, drive cross-functional execution, and translate strategy into actionable decisions that support the company’s long-term growth and national mission.
Prior to this role, Miller served as Senior Vice President at SkyWater, where he led the company’s industrial and aerospace businesses and drove strategic go-to-market initiatives, branding, and corporate communications. He brings more than 20 years of experience across semiconductor, technology, and government sectors, including leadership roles at Agnitron Technology, Eaton Corporation, NVE Corporation, and Microsoft, as well as service as an officer in the U.S. Air Force.
Miller holds a B.S. in physics from the United States Air Force Academy and an M.S. in electrical engineering from North Dakota State University.
