Christine Dunbar is Senior Vice President of Sales and Solutions Engineering at SkyWater Technology. She leads the company’s global sales and solutions engineering organizations, accelerating customer adoption and strategic growth across SkyWater’s Advanced Technology Services (ATS), Wafer Services, and Advanced Packaging platforms.
Dunbar brings nearly three decades of semiconductor industry experience spanning advanced development, manufacturing, and commercialization of complex technologies. She has held senior leadership roles at GlobalFoundries, IBM Microelectronics, and IQE, where she led global sales organizations, business units, and strategic partnerships supporting the deployment of next-generation semiconductor technologies.
Prior to joining SkyWater, Dunbar served as Head of Strategic Partnership Development at Natcast, the operator of the U.S. National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC), where she helped shape public-private collaboration frameworks supporting the CHIPS and Science Act and strengthening U.S. semiconductor competitiveness.
Dunbar holds a degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Cornell University and is passionate about advancing U.S. semiconductor leadership through collaborative innovation across industry, government, and academia.
